Gerry and his crew have been managing my mailbox and mailing needs for years. I've moved further away, and it's still worth going over there. They are kind, convenient, helpful, understanding, thorough, knowledgable, a good value... I could go on and on. I recommend this place more than any other establishment in Los Angeles. It's rare to find such wonderful people and such excellent service at the same time. I consider this my luckiest find so far.

If you are looking for a mailbox service in this area, look no further. I tend to order a lot of stuff online and needed a mailbox service after a few packages delivered to my apartment building were stolen (:(). Gerry and the staff here are the best. They send you texts/emails every time you get a package delivered so you don't have to wait until the end of the day, and are always happy to help anyone who comes in. The rates are the best in the area for the level of service. And there's plenty of parking so you can usually get in and out pretty quick. When it comes to mail I only trust these guys

Hello. This is my first Yelp review. There are certain companies and services that make our lives easier and more enjoyable and when I find them, I'm happy to spread the word. Sunset Mailboxes and Gerry, the owner, definitely qualify in that category! When I first signed up for a mailbox, I was actually going to sign up at one around the corner, because of proximity to my house. I had called in advance about prices, but as I was signing up, the other company started upcharging me for various things and I decided to walk around the corner and give Sunset Mailboxes a shot instead.

I've been there over a year now and am a happy customer. My business partner and I have several companies and we get mail coming to a number of different names. Sunset Mailboxes always keeps it straight. They email me when I get packages in. They will forward mail when I'm out of town, and for a reasonable price. Best of all, Gerry, the owner, who seems to always be there, is a super sweet person. It's always a joy to go in there and get to say hi to him---and he always remembers my name. This is pretty amazing, because until recently, I always had my assistants picking up the mail--so I've hardly been there. Who thought picking up the mail could make life a little more joyful? Thank you Gerry and Sunset Mailboxes!

We've had a box with them for a couple of months now. Reliable and honest, the owner is friendly and accommodating, and the pricing fair. Text message alerts for package arrival, 24-hour access and its great location make it a definite 5/5!

Great place in Hollywood, just off Sunset Blvd. I needed a box because I can't trust the leasing office at my building to accept packages for me.This place is amazing. Great location, friendly staff, great service. Your mail and packages will arrive safe and sound. Not only will they accept packages for you, they will notify you the moment it arrives by email and text. This is one of very few reliable places in Los Angeles

Sunset mailboxes is great! It's in a really convenient location to stop and get your mail any time day or night. The customer service is great! they send notices to your email and phone when you receive a package so you know that you can go pick it up right away. The packages I get always stay safe and secure until I pick them up and it's simple and quick to mail anything from there! The address you use for your mail there looks very expensive and professional being on Sunset Blvd in LA. Me and two of my friends also use the same place for our mail

Great Choice!

Professional, Clean, and a great address for your business or personal mail. I shopped in hollywood, downtown and west la (beverly hills to westwood) for a good mail box vendor.

For a great address such as hollywood blvd, the rates were outrageous. Sunset Blvd mail boxes is professional, affordable, clean and offers a great rate. I know that my business gets the image it deserves while also knowing my mail is safe.

Two blocks away on sunset you can get a mail box for twice the rate, next to a busy cigarette store, and no 24 7 access. The staff is great, helpful.

Check them out and you will know what I am talking about.

It was very pleasant to find the the world's nicest people who are going endangered these days. I am an ebayer and I do lots of shipping. It can be very tedious and stressful if I do it through the post office. This place made everything easy for me providing great services at reasonable prices. All I have to do now is just bring in the merchandise then I will be taken care of.
